We have some exciting happenings in 4th grade Science. Mrs. Collins received a grant this past year which led to the purchase of gardening materials and a worm bed. To read more about the Duran School science grant, check out the Maine Environmental Education Association's write up on the Duran School (page 27 of the document below). In addition, we received another grant from the Algae Academy, which will provide us with materials to introduce our students to the "amazing world of algae"! Fun stuff!
